Harvest Pilsner Malt is made from spring barley, varieties Sebastian, Bios, Quench and others. This type of malt is excellent as a main element. The percentage content of such malt can reach 100%.
Soaking and germination conditions are chosen to promote uniform germination and uniform modification. The final temperature in the oven is 80-85 ℃. The aroma of this malt is usually malty, sweet and a little spicy.
Usage
This type of malt is used for all types of beer or whiskey. The color of Harvest Pilsner Malt is not intense.

Harvest Pilsner Malt is produced at Crisp Malt, Viking Malt, Sladovna Michalovce, Slavutsk Brewery (Soufflet) Available packaging: in bulk, in containers, big-bags and 50-kilogram bags.
Storage and expiration date
Malt should be stored in a cool (˂20℃), dry (˂ 40 RH%) place without extraneous odors. Under these conditions, the shelf life of malt is at least 1 year.
Malt must be kept away from hot surfaces and malt dust must not be inhaled.
