Nowadays, «Harvest-Ukraine» grows malting barley (the main selection is the Sebastian variety), we export and process barley into malt at factories in Ukraine and Europe.
The company focused its attention on the production of malts of various types and malt extracts and concentrates. Malt, as the main component in the production of beer, was discovered from time immemorial and has reached our days almost unchanged. Not only beer, but also whiskey, bread, aromatic bakers - all this is malt.
In less than 5 years, we have become a recognized leader in the market of this product and have entered international markets in addition to the Ukrainian market.
In 2018-2019, we created our own brand of malts «Harvest Malt». Today, this brand unites wheat, corn, oat and barley malt segments.
We closely cooperate with Slavutsk malt plant (Souffle, Ukraine), Crisp Malt, Viking Malt, Sladovna Michalovce, Maltosa, Malteurop. We produce Pilsen malt, a line of caramel malts and wheat malt.
At our own facilities in the city of Busk, Lviv region, we produce light barley malt, rye malt (fermented and unfermented), corn and oat malt.
The company is constantly working on expanding its range, studying market trends and conducting scientific research to deepen and diversify its production processes.
Since 2022, the group of companies has opened production of kvass wort concentrate and malt extracts.
